We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Core Java and PL/SQL with a strong background in Electronic Payments. The role involves leading technical projects in a hybrid work model ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift focusing on enhancing our electronic payment systems to meet industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software solutions using Core Java and PL/SQL to enhance electronic payment systems.
- Oversee the implementation of technical projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting regular code reviews and testing.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues implementing best practices to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and system configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into existing systems where applicable.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective use of PL/SQL.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of technology initiatives aligning them with the companys long-term goals.
- Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing remote and on-site team dynamics.
- Demonstrate expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Electronic Payments understanding the nuances and challenges of the industry.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Show proficiency in leading technical teams with a focus on collaboration and achieving common goals.
- Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Display strong communication skills capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
