We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Apache Spark, and AWS services, along with proven leadership skills in managing teams and driving large-scale projects.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise-scale applications.
Build and optimize data pipelines using Java, Apache Spark, and AWS services (EMR, Lambda, EKS, Airflow).
Architect and implement Serverless & Microservices-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and best practices.
Mentor and guide team members to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance benchmarks.Required Skills & Experience
812 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Java & Apache Spark.
Proficiency in AWS services: EMR, Lambda, EKS, Airflow.
Solid understanding of Serverless computing & Microservices Architecture.
Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and technical decision-making.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
