Technical Lead

The Technical Lead will provide hands-on leadership and technical expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable .NET-based applications and cloud-native solutions. This role requires strong experience in Microsoft technologies, modern front-end frameworks, and Azure services, with a focus on delivering high-performance, maintainable, and secure digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of .NET applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of .NET developers across onshore/offshore teams
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Participate in hands-on development using .NET Core, .NET MVC, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React)
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Manage source control, branching strategies, and code repositories using Git
• Design and implement Microservices architecture using Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Container Registry (ACR)
• Integrate applications with external systems and APIs
• Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Gateway, Redis Cache, and Azure PaaS offerings
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies for streamlined deployments
• Ensure application performance through caching, queuing mechanisms, and SQL Server optimization
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in a customer-facing role
  
  
  

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development and architecture
• Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions
• Prior experience in client communication and stakeholder engagement
