Your Role

• Collaborate with all of AIML groups of business and functions to delivery software solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption.
• Experiment, develop and productionize high quality machine learning models, services and platforms to make huge technology and business impact.
• Design and implement highly scalable and reliable data processing pipelines and perform analysis and insights to drive and optimize business result.
• Design and develop AI agents capable of decision-making and task execution.
• Implement goal-oriented planning mechanisms for AI agents to achieve complex objectives
• Play a central role as a contact for internal stakeholders for resolving issues by using or extending Aptiv AIML software tooling landscape.
• Follow coding standards and guidelines in SW development process.
• Debugging, Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI principles, privacy regulations, and security guidelines.
• Use cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and manage AI models with in-house pipelines.
• Continuously monitor and improve AI models based on real-world feedback and data.
  
  

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s (BE) / Masters(MS) degree in a engineering discipline (computer science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or related field of study).
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or related roles.
• Strong programming skills and experience with relevant frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Design and implement AI/ML models, for various business use cases that includes NLP & Computer vision domain for focusing on different sectors such Robotics, Telecom etc.
• Expert in at least one to two of the following areas: Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, Reinforcement Learning, Ranking and Recommendation, or Time Series Analysis, with use of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs).
• Expertise in Generative AI models (LLMs, image generation, multi-models etc.…).
• Expertise knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning Gen AI foundation models.
• Expertise in building Agentic AI frameworks and Agent components utilizing Gen AI.
• Expertise on Agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen
• Expertise Knowledge of ML frameworks: Pytorch, TensorFlow, Keras, ONNX, MXNet, Scikit-Learn etc…
• Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & good interpersonal skills.
• Experience with DevOps related Tools like GIT, CI/CD, Docker,
