Experience: 8-12 years in enterprise application development

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, React

• Experience with SQL DB/PostgreSQL

• Strong knowledge of API and Microservices

• Entity Framework 8 (EF Core 8)

• Understanding of various AI technologies and their application in product development

• Design and Architect enterprise solutions

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support

• Engage in hands-on coding and development tasks

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enterprise applications

• Utilize AI technologies to enhance product development

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within set timelines

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

• Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and career growth

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects

• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in agile development methodologies

• Certification in relevant technologies or project management
