THE ROLE
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading development teams in delivering high-quality banking software solutions, with a strong focus on payments and local clearing systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge in financial transaction processing.

THE ROLE
The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading development teams in delivering high-quality banking software solutions, with a strong focus on payments and local clearing systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge in financial transaction processing.
OPPORTUNITIES
- You will lead end-to-end technical delivery of Temenos solutions, especially in payments and local clearing modules.
- You will architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Temenos platforms (T24/Transact).
- You will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- You will guide and mentor developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- You will ensure compliance with Temenos architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
- You will interface with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and provide solutions.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payment processing and clearing systems.
- You will Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development methodology and tooling
- You should have bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- You should have 8+ years in software development, 2+ years in technical leadership.
- You should have strong hands-on experience with T24/Transact, IRIS, or related modules.
- You should have deep understanding of payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS) and local clearing systems, Java, J2EE, REST APIs, microservices, Oracle/SQL, Linux
- You should have familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS Agile/Scrum, SDLC, version control (Git).
- You should have strong communication, stakeholder management, team leadership.

- Collaborate effectively and proactively with teams within or outside Temenos.
- Challenge yourself to be ambitious and achieve your individual as well as the company targets.
- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
- Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married. This covers marriages and civil partnerships, including same sex/civil partnership
