About the Job – We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Azure environments and services. This includes continuous integration, automated deployment, automation of routine tasks, and ensuring high performance and availability of the infrastructure. The Azure DevOps Engineer will work closely with the development team to create software deployment strategies that allow for scalable and secure consumption of applications across the organization..

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Jenkins: The candidate must have a strong understanding of Jenkins, including setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing Jenkins jobs, and troubleshooting Jenkins issues.
- REST API's: The candidate should have a solid understanding of REST API's, including how to design, implement, and consume them.
- Python: The candidate must have strong programming skills in Python, including writing scripts for automation tasks and developing backend applications.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Puppet: Experience with configuration management using Puppet is a plus.
- Kubernetes: Knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes is desirable.
- Azure DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and delivering software is beneficial.
- SonarQube: Experience with SonarQube for continuous inspection of code quality is a plus.
- Ansible: Knowledge of Ansible for software provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment is desirable.
- Docker: Experience with Docker for developing, shipping, and running applications is beneficial.
- Terraform: Familiarity with Terraform for building, changing, and versioning infrastructure is a plus.
- Agile methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management is desirable.
- Cloud services: Experience with other cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud is beneficial.
- Shell scripting: Familiarity with shell scripting for task automation is a plus.
