Job Title: Technical Lead Dot Net Full-Stack (C# Net + .NET Core + .NET Microservices + Angular/React + SQL + AI-Driven Development)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices architecture, Angular/React, SQL Server, and modern AI-assisted software development practices.
The role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide engineering teams, drive architecture decisions, enforce development best practices, and accelerate delivery through AI-powered development tools and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive architectural decisions and establish engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX teams, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver business solutions.
Application Development
- Design and develop scalable and secure applications using:
- C#
- ASP.NET Core / .NET Core
- REST APIs
- Microservices Architecture
- Build responsive and modern user interfaces using:
- Angular (preferred) and/or React
- HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript
- Implement integration solutions using APIs, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.
Architecture & Design
- Design distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Define and implement:
- Microservices architecture
- API-first design
- Event-driven architecture
- Domain-driven design principles
- Ensure application scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
Database Development
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases.
- Develop:
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Functions
- Performance tuning solutions
- Implement database design best practices and data governance standards.
AI-Driven Development
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Utilize tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- AI-based testing and code review tools
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted coding, documentation generation, test automation, and developer productivity practices.
- Evaluate emerging Generative AI capabilities and recommend practical use cases within the SDLC.
DevOps & Quality Engineering
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment automation.
- Participate in release planning and production support activities.
- Drive observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Handson experience in Dot Net technologies like C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework 4.7, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET and Dependency Inversion (DI)
- Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ and microservices architecture
- Ability to Build responsive, high-performance frontend applications using Angular or React and Handson experience with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- Ability to Develop end-to-end solutions with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
- Integrating APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based components
- Utilizing AI-powered development tools (e.g., code assistants, automation, testing aids) to accelerate delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with databases - MS SQL preferred
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
