Technical Lead – EPiServer/Optimizely CMS

As a Technical Lead, you will:

• Understanding business needs and technical requirements.
• Leading the migration process.
• Implementing solutions in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL, Azure.
• Designing technical solutions using best practices in data modeling and application design.
• Reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices, and improving processes.
• Assisting in defining project scope, estimating efforts, and providing schedules.
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Engaging with stakeholders for clarifications.
• Creating and maintaining required technical documentation.
• Guiding team members and promoting reusable components.
• Identifying ways to enhance existing procedures.
• Communicating technical updates and resolving issues.
• Contributing to technical solutions and effort estimation for proposals.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years in .NET development and CMS migration projects.
• Experience in migrating from Optimizely CMS 11 (.NET Framework) to CMS 12 (.NET Core), ensuring compatibility and performance improvements.
• Experienced in web technologies - prefer hands on coding in Microsoft technologies, JavaScript frameworks and RDBMS/NoSQL databases with an exposure to build and deployment automation, testing automation.
• Experienced in handling data - migration/analysis/transformation/visualization
• Experienced in using PM tools like JIRA, ADO and various implementation methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Iterative
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts; Generative AI usage, Python
• Experienced in mobile app development prefer exposure to ReactNative/Flutter
