We’re Hiring: Technical Lead | Full Stack | Web & Mobile Projects | Mumbai (On-Site)
Are you passionate about leading technology teams, architecting scalable solutions, and building modern web and mobile applications? We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven engineering team at a leading IT services firm.
As a Technical Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving high-impact projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work across the stack using cutting-edge technologies, lead a talented team of developers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve real-world business problems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-stack development of custom web and mobile applications
- Gather client requirements and architect technical solutions
- Design and build scalable, secure, and responsive systems
- Guide your team in best practices: code reviews, agile delivery, and quality testing
- Work hands-on with JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, AWS & more
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and product teams
- Stay ahead of trends in web, mobile, and cloud technologies
What You Bring
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Proven team leadership and project delivery skills
- Proficiency in full-stack technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, React, Python)
- Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Cloud infrastructure expertise (AWS)
- Strong understanding of agile development and tools like Jira
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Native Android/iOS or hybrid frameworks (Flutter, Ionic, React Native)
- Exposure to Graph Databases and data architecture design
