What is in it for you?

As a Technical Lead – Identity Access Management ( IAM), you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Provide technical support and enable troubleshooting for IAM systems, specifically AWS Cognito and AWS Managed Directory Service (Active Directory).
• Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IAM solutions.
• Monitor and manage user access and permissions to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices for identity and access management.
• Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular audits of IAM systems to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity and access management.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty)
  
  

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills:-

• Proven experience in identity and access management.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, protocols, and best practices
• Proficiency in AWS services and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
