Technical Lead – Infor LN (ERP Support & Development)

Overview

We are looking for a technically sound and independent professional to manage and enhance our Infor LN ERP ecosystem. This role requires a hands-on approach in development and troubleshooting, while also leading a small internal IT team, coordinating with external consultants, and maintaining compliance and system readiness for audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management and maintenance of Infor LN ERP.
• Design, develop, and deploy customizations, reports, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Provide support to internal users for day-to-day operational issues and ERP queries.
• Manage audit compliance, system documentation, and necessary IT control processes.
• Oversee and optimize hardware infrastructure and system configurations supporting ERP operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact with Infor service providers, consultants, and auditors.
• Lead and mentor the internal IT support team working on ERP and related systems.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and data security protocols are in place and regularly tested.
• Drive continuous improvement in ERP usage across departments by proactively suggesting and implementing system improvements.
• Develop user training programs and ensure adoption of best practices across departments.
• Monitor ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Infor support and third-party vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Provide regular status reports to senior leadership on ERP performance and project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor LN (Baan) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to handle customization, development, and technical support independently.
• Strong knowledge of hardware setup, system configuration, and IT audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
