Required Skills:
- 8-12 years of experience in Microservices architecture, Distributed systems, and REST API design using Python (Django/Flask)
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS/Angular and JavaScript with frontend-backend integrations
- 3-5+ years of strong experience with AWS/Azure (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, NoSQL, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
- 3+ years handling system scalability, high availability, security best practices, and production stabilization
- 2-4+ years in technical leadership including code reviews, clean code (SOLID principles), mentoring, and Agile delivery
