Job Description:
Experience: 6 to 10 years of Industry Experience
Qualification: – B.Tech./B.E./M.E./MTech. /MCA
Work Location: Bangalore
We’re in search of an RPA Lead who is ready to innovate and explore what’s possible in the world or robotics. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. You’ll also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing and fixing bugs. To be successful, you’ll need experience in technologies including UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
Position Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Automation Anywhere
- Experience in UI Path, Blue Prism and Power Automate is added advantage
- Automation Anywhere RPA Developer certification is mandatory
- Hands on experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net etc.
- Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
- Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
- Experience in Team handling, Work Allocation and Issue resolutions
- Experience in developing and consuming APIs
- Experience with Agile development methodology
- Understanding of workflow-based logic
- As a Lead you will be required to:
- a)Provide guidance to the team on process design
- b) Design, develop, and test automation workflows
- c) Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools
- d) Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions
- e) Create process and end-user documentation
- f) Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)
- g) Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects
- h) Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
- i) Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
- j) Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed
- k) Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

- Automation Anywhere RPA Developer
Qualifications preferred:
- Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering or computer science
- Post-Graduation (Preferred): Master’s in engineering or computer science
