Responsibilities

• Give technical guidance and solutions to your team.
• Set and maintain the best coding standards and practices.
• Mentor team members to improve skills and boost productivity.
• Ensure processes are followed and projects meet quality standards.
• Join technical discussions and feasibility studies to choose the best solutions.
• Identify risks early and help resolve project issues.
• Share regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data and Data Migration.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP MDG ? Functional.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
