A Snapshot of Your Day

You will take full responsibility for the effective execution of projects, providing strong leadership to both internal teams and external partners while fostering trust and collaboration among all team members. You will proactively address challenges and break down complex tasks into manageable and structured plans.

You will develop expertise in the business context, technical architecture, and operational processes, ensuring alignment with governance and decision-making frameworks. Your responsibilities will include creating structured project plans, managing timelines, stages, and resources, and successfully engaging team members to meet their needs.

  • Accept overall responsibility for delivering the project satisfactorily.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities for both internal staff and external workforce, establishing relationships built on trust and respect among all team members.
  • Proactively resolve challenges and pay attention to detail when necessary to ensure project success.
  • Break down complicated topics into smaller, manageable, and structured packages.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Identify and efficiently engage with all team members, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Manage risks and issues by identifying potential challenges, assigning ownership, developing mitigation strategies, and managing the project from start to finish.
  • Actively lead financial management, including planned costs, budgets, actual costs, and forecasts against financial targets.
  • Allocate and lead internal and external resources effectively, ensuring the right people and tools are available and committed as needed.
  • Create and establish contracts with external partners, including clear work expectations, key performance indicators, and payment plans.
  • Deliver solutions and architectural designs that meet project requirements.


What You Bring

  • 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years managing complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Architecture (.Net), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in planning, designing, and implementing IT project delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to achieve design objectives.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Manage a project team of internal/external developers, team leads, Scrum Masters, and quality engineers.
  • Design and maintain project architecture.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, adhering to and enforcing development best practices and project quality standards.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to effectively manage and deliver technical projects.


Working knowledge on the following topics is a must:

  • Expertise in C#, .Net Core, ASP .Net, Entity Framework, and Web API.
  • Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework (AngularJS, ReactJS, ExtJS, Node JS) and jQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA), and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) concepts.
  • Good understanding of Design Patterns.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Elasticsearch (OpenSearch), and related services.
  • Familiarity with Redis.
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools (GIT).
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.


Good to have skills:

  • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Snowflake, GenAI, SAP
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, SumoLogic etc.
