Technical Project Manager

Overview

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong architectural expertise to design, develop, and optimize

scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires deep technical knowledge of on front end application,

React.js (preferred), .NET Core or Backend Application, API development, and system integrations.

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for end-to-end application development, driving architectural decisions,

and ensuring best practices in code quality, system security, and cloud-based deployment. You will also collaborate with

cross-functional teams to deliver seamless API integrations and scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities: Full Stack Developer (Architectural Background – React & .NET)

Architectural Design & Technical Strategy:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js (preferred) and .NET Core or

any strong Backend Application.

• Architect robust, modular, and reusable software components using microservices-based architecture.
• Define and enforce best coding standards, software design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership on cloud adoption, database design, and DevOps strategies.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and feasibility studies for emerging technologies.

Full Stack Development & API Integration:

• Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Build and manage backend services and APIs using .NET Core (C#), Node.js, or Python (Django/Flask).
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Work with OAuth, JWT, API Gateways, and third-party integrations to streamline data exchange.
• Optimize database schemas (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for performance and scalability.

DevOps, Cloud, & Deployment:

• Deploy applications on Azure/AWS/GCP using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Implement containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for seamless deployment and scalability.
• Ensure system security, authentication, and authorization using OAuth, Identity Server, and Role-Based Access

Control (RBAC).

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Designers, QA, and DevOps) to deliver high-quality

software.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Lead technical discussions and client interactions, offering architectural guidance and solutions.

Technical Competency:

• Frontend: React.js (preferred), Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Next.js.
• Backend: .NET Core (C#), Node.js, Python (Flask/Django), RESTful & GraphQL API development.
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase.
• API Development & Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT, API Gateways, third-party API integration.
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure

DevOps).

• Architecture: Microservices, Serverless Computing, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture.

Functional Competency:

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong architectural background.
• Expertise in API development, integration, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure Boards).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and engage with stakeholders.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
