Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Those with experience in project management and review of open web projects, with technical knowledge to develop and lead SaaS projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages.
- Basic knowledge of database management.
- Basic knowledge of a cloud platform.
- Basic knowledge of networking and security.
- Basic knowledge of system architecture design.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e. g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects as a PMO.
- Experience in setting goals, evaluating, and developing engineers.
- Experience in development work on open web projects.
- Experience in visualizing business processes and manuals.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipeline.
- Basic knowledge of a version control system.
- Basic knowledge of test automation.
- Hands-on experience as an engineer/lead in some parts of our tech stack in a previous or current role.
