Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead the development and delivery of complex software products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines, along with strong product leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to align technical execution with business outcomes, drive product strategy, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap in alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to gather, evaluate, and prioritize product requirements.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution.
• Ensure development processes follow best practices in Agile and CI/CD.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor product performance through defined KPIs and metrics, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify emerging needs and opportunities.
• Act as a mentor and guide to junior product team members as needed.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Solid foundational knowledge of software development, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in working with data using tools like SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
• Exposure to modern tech stacks and an ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams.

Product Management Skills

• Proven ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision.
• Extensive experience in requirement gathering, backlog management, and user story definition.
• Skilled in creating and managing product roadmaps with a strategic lens.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management capabilities.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• High adaptability in a dynamic and evolving product environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving product initiatives across teams.

Additional Skills

• Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research.
• Familiarity with UX principles and a user-centered product design approach.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to define, track, and report on product success metrics and KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹538,066.30 - ₹2,009,443.91 per year
