Technical Project Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in development, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for multiple technical projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Break down requirements into detailed tasks and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure timely delivery with quality assurance and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage iterative development cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development and project management.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
