Position: Technical Project Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT and software development. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to lead multiple web and mobile projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery while coordinating between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand technical project requirements and prepare clear plans

• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams for task execution

• Assign responsibilities, track progress, and manage project timelines

• Use project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, and PMS effectively

• Communicate with clients regularly for updates, feedback, and approvals

• Identify risks, manage challenges, and ensure smooth project flow

• Maintain clear documentation and reports for internal and client reference

• Ensure high standards of quality in final project delivery

• Guide the team technically and assist in solving roadblocks when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with a technical background

• Strong understanding of web and mobile development processes

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, PMS, or similar tools

• Excellent client communication and leadership skills

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage delivery under deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)

• Familiarity with AI tools for documentation/planning is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
