Technical Project Manager

Key Skills: Core Java, .NET, C++, Project Management, Stakeholder Management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the CIRCL program under defined Product Lifecycle (PLC) processes and governance frameworks.
• Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, dependencies, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to drive development of innovative, customer-centric software solutions.
• Conduct effective stakeholder management across internal teams and leadership for alignment and timely execution.
• Facilitate program and release meetings; deliver clear project updates and enable strategic decision-making.
• Drive operational excellence by enforcing compliance with project governance and SDLC standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration.
• Utilize MS Project, IBM RTC, and other project tools to streamline execution.
• Act as a change agent to promote best practices across R&D and SDLC workflows.
• Mentor team members and ensure structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

• Project Management & Planning: Proven track record in managing large, multi-stream projects.
• Technical Acumen: Ability to read/review code in Java, .NET, C++, etc.; familiarity with image processing and deep learning is a plus.
• Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in MS Project, Agile, SDLC, and IBM RTC.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong in coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal/written communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to AI/ML, data orchestration, and control systems.
• Experience managing external engineering vendors.
• Familiarity with KLA products or similar tech ecosystems.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
