Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in the US Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare technology projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and manage risks effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement technical solutions aligned with US healthcare requirements.
• Monitor project technicalities to ensure feasibility, scalability, and quality of deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging healthcare technologies and standards to drive innovation.
• Ensure projects meet US healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant standards.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in technical project management, with at least 2 years in the US healthcare domain.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows, regulations, and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with healthcare technology systems like EHR, EMR, healthcare data integration (HL7, FHIR), and cloud-based solutions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• PMP or Agile Certification.
• Technical background in software development or IT systems.
• Prior experience working with US-based healthcare providers or payers.
