Job Description:

As a Technical Project Manager at Fluent Health, you will play a crucial and central role in orchestrating the development and delivery of our innovative healthcare applications. This position demands a strong leader who can deeply understand product requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and effectively navigate the complexities of the software development lifecycle.

You will be instrumental in managing agile and sprint-based projects, ensuring robust communication, and driving efficient collaboration between development teams, product management, and other stakeholders. Your ability to bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution will be paramount.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Planning and Execution: Develop and meticulously execute project plans, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of complex software projects within an agile environment. This includes proactive anticipation of technical challenges and alignment with strategic product goals.
• Deep Product & Technical Understanding: Act as a critical liaison between product management and development teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product requirements and their technical implications. You will actively negotiate between product needs and technical realities, driving practical and innovative solutions.
• Robust Team Collaboration & Leadership: Expertly interface with frontend, mobile, and backend developers, cloud infrastructure engineers, QA/testing teams, and UI/UX designers to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Provide clear direction and foster an environment of shared responsibility and accountability.
• Expert Agile Methodology Implementation: Champion and rigorously maintain agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure consistent application of best practices across all projects.
• Proactive Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, working decisively with the team to find innovative and effective solutions to challenges. This includes addressing technical impediments and resource constraints.
• Github Mastery & Reporting: Leverage Github Projects as the central hub for planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress with precision and transparency.
• Clear & Assertive Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders with clarity and conviction, ensuring complete transparency and unwavering alignment with project goals.
• Optimized Resource Allocation: Collaborate closely with team leads to strategically allocate resources, effectively balancing project timelines with team workloads and maximizing productivity.
• Unyielding Quality Assurance & SDLC Adherence: Partner closely with QA and testing teams to ensure thorough testing of software releases and strict adherence to the highest quality standards. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Continuous Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, actively identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance project management processes and boost team efficiency and output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent proven work experience.
• Demonstrated Experience of 5-7 years managing complex software development projects, with a strong preference for experience in a dynamic startup environment.
• Expertise and certification in agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist), with a track record of successful implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira or similar enterprise-grade project management tools, including custom workflows and reporting.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, as well as experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development processes.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with absolute fluency in English.
• Strong, decisive leadership and outstanding team collaboration abilities, with a proven capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Highly developed critical thinking and a proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to think progressively and consistently "outside the box," challenging assumptions to drive innovation.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and superior time management abilities.
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• A demonstrable passion for healthcare technology and a genuine interest in building impactful consumer and business applications in the healthcare space.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
