Key Skills

• Proven experience in product/project management (6+ years), with at least 2+ years in SaaS platforms.

• Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).

• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with requirement gathering, wireframing, backlog grooming.

• Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, chatbot technologies, or geolocation/GPS-based workflows is a plus.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Draw.io, or Balsamiq for visualizing processes.

• Prior involvement in AI or automation-enabled projects

Technical Skill set

• Knowledge in Python, Libraries, AI/ML pipelines, scripting automation, API integration

• Dot net, React and Angular knowledge -Front and Backend web development

• Postgres SQL, Version Control -GitHub/Lab, API testing tools, CI CD Pipelines

• LLM/Chatbot architecture, ML Model Life cycle Lifecycle

• System Architecture -Client Server Architecture, Saas Multi-Tenant applications, RESTful API structure & microservices

Responsibilities

• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and specifications.

• Own the product roadmap, define release goals, and prioritize the backlog in alignment with business objectives.

• Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos with the development team.

• Define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality deliverables are released.

• Conduct regular sync-ups, demo sessions, and UAT sign-offs with departments.

• Create and manage detailed project timelines and milestone deliverables.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Work closely with architects, AI/ML engineers, and developers to translate business goals into technical tasks.

• Document product features, user guides, and workflow charts for end users and dev teams

• Be familiar with AI-driven use cases like face recognition, voice bot alerts, automated reports, or LLM integration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
