About The Role
Our client is looking for a hands-on Tech BPM with a strong engineering background who has grown through the ranks from Developer to PM/Tech BA and understands both the technical and delivery aspects of building scalable digital products. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between developers and clients, ensuring seamless execution and delivery across the board.

This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between developers and clients, ensuring seamless execution and delivery across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and clients, ensuring business objectives align with technical execu4on.
- Lead and guide developers by providing architectural direc4on, code-level input, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular client mee4ngs to present progress, address concerns, and defend delivery timelines and decisions.
- Translate business requirements into ac4onable technical stories and ensure successful sprint execu4on.
- Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to release.
- Ensure code quality, technical documentation, and process adherence across the team.
- Frontend : React.js
- Backend : Express.js / Node.js
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- 7-10 years of experience in software development and project management.
- Proven track record of growing from a hands-on Developer to a Project Manager or Technical Business Analyst.
- Must NOT be from an MBA-only background; solid developer roots are essentials
