Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product management, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while tracking progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Mentor and guide project teams in Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on technical projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
