Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end integration projects across platforms such as .NET, SAP, Workday, Oracle, and ETL tools. This role involves the application of Agile methodologies, effective stakeholder engagement, and project governance practices to deliver complex enterprise solutions within budget and timelines.

Role Proficiency

Manage single or multiple projects with a total contract value (TCV) of up to $500K, using time and effort or deliverables-based models. Ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and successful stakeholder engagement, while meeting acceptance criteria and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards as per contract scope.
• Track and report project KPIs; analyze project health and adjust strategies as needed.

Agile Delivery

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Manage and maintain Jira boards; track deliverables, issues, and progress.

Stakeholder Management

• Identify key internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Define communication plans and ensure timely and transparent communication.

Risk and Issue Management

• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

Scope, Estimation & Resource Planning

• Conduct requirements elicitation and scope prioritization.
• Create effort estimates, conduct resource planning, and manage changes to scope and impact.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor team members; develop team capabilities and promote engagement.
• Create and execute skill enhancement plans; encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

Quality and Governance

• Tailor organizational quality benchmarks to meet project needs.
• Ensure governance practices are implemented and adhered to.

Testing and Defect Management

• Support system integration testing and test strategy development.
• Participate in defect triage; analyze root causes and prioritize critical issues.

Knowledge and Account Management

• Drive knowledge sharing through KM repositories.
• Support account-level initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years managing enterprise integration projects
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (SAP, Workday, Oracle, ETL frameworks)
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is a plus
