About the job:

We are seeking a proactive and organized technical project manager to take complete ownership of our new app development project. This is a unique, high-impact role where you will not only manage the entire project lifecycle, but also be responsible for hiring and leading the development team. If you are a budding leader with at least one year of project management experience and are ready to build a product and a team from the ground up, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of our new web/mobile application.
2. Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with company stakeholders.
3. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
4. Lead the recruitment and hiring process to build a skilled and dedicated team of developers for the project.
5. Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team.
6. Serve as the primary point of communication between the technical team and senior management, providing regular status updates.
7. Ensure the final product is built to high-quality standards and meets all business objectives.
8. Oversee the successful deployment and launch of the application.
