Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
• Create and manage project plans, sprint schedules, and delivery roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
• Track progress, manage risks/issues, and proactively communicate project health to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to budget, scope, and quality parameters.

Technical Leadership

• Work closely with engineering teams (frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, etc.) to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions.
• Review solution design, architecture, and key technical decisions with developers and tech leads.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
• Participate in sprint reviews, code deployment discussions, and production readiness checks.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct regular status updates, demos, and post-delivery retrospectives with clients and internal teams.

Process & People Management

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement and optimize project delivery frameworks, documentation standards, and QA best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience managing web and mobile application development projects.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks: React / Angular / Node.js / Java / .NET / Python / Flutter (as per company focus).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and tools like Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Experience with version control, testing frameworks, and API documentation tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).

Project Management Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience in a software services environment.
• Proven track record of managing 3–5 concurrent client projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Team-oriented and able to handle dynamic client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or Agile certification (preferred, not mandatory).
• Prior experience working in a startup or product-based IT services firm.
• Experience in client-facing delivery for US/Middle East or global customers.
