Technical Project Manager

Overview

• Engage with Senior Operations colleagues to capture business needs, pain points, and workflow requirements across global teams.
• Support and document discovery workshops and scoping sessions, ensuring outputs are clear and usable for wider teams.
• Collaborate with Technical Architecture, reviewing the solution designs they produce and translating these into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Support backlog refinement, ensuring user stories are detailed, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Assist the Technical Project Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager in coordinating delivery activities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation across Confluence and other delivery artefacts, while identifying and contributing to improvements in documentation standards, workflows, and wider programme practices.
• support UAT preparation and follow-up where required.
  
  

• 1–2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Technical Project Delivery or related hybrid role within digital or technology environments.
• Strong requirements gathering experience, especially with senior/non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile methods and delivery practices.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with architects, developers, and senior operations stakeholders.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple concurrent tasks.
• Experience with Adobe Content Supply chain is a bonus (Workfront, AEM Assets, Fusion, Frame.io).
• Demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
