ABOUT DOCTUSTECH
At DoctusTech, we are helping healthcare organizations succeed in value-based care through innovative technology, including HCC coding solutions, AI-powered workflows, and provider enablement platforms. As we continue to scale our products and engineering teams, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and predictability to our delivery process.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Leadership. You will ensure that features move efficiently from idea to production while maintaining quality, visibility, and alignment with customer commitments.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Release & Delivery Management
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for product enhancements, customer-facing features, integrations, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Maintain a feature-level delivery tracker covering:
o Product requirements completion
o Technical specification approval
o Development start and completion
o QA execution and sign-off
o Product validation
o Release readiness
o Production deployment
• Monitor planned vs. actual timelines and proactively identify risks before they impact commitments.
• Facilitate weekly release reviews with Engineering, Product, QA, and Leadership.
Delivery Governance
• Ensure development begins only after requirements and technical specifications are finalized and approved.
• Ensure QA receives complete acceptance criteria and documented handoffs.
• Verify all critical defects are addressed prior to release.
• Maintain release readiness checklists and deployment approvals.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
Risk & Blocker Management
• Identify and escalate project risks within 24 hours of discovery.
• Maintain a centralized blocker log visible to leadership.
• Partner with engineering leads to remove roadblocks quickly.
• Provide clear recommendations and escalation paths when timelines are at risk.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Manage dependencies between multiple product initiatives, including HCC, AI, platform, and customer-specific projects.
• Maintain a centralized release calendar for internal teams and customer-facing communication.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure clients receive timely updates on releases and product enhancements.
Process Improvement
• Continuously improve release management, sprint execution, and delivery processes.
• Establish scalable project management practices as the organization grows.
• Create dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into delivery performance and bottlenecks.
• Help build a culture of ownership, predictability, and operational excellence.
