Technical Project Manager/ Engineering Manager

Overview

Project Delivery & Execution

• Oversee and lead the full project lifecycle for solutions built on .NET, Angular, SwiftUI, and Kotlin, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the development and deployment of scalable cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, risks, resource plans, and delivery milestones while ensuring adherence to constraints and quality standards.
• Track and analyze project metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, defect density, effort variance, and delivery timelines to ensure project health and transparency.
• Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and mitigation plans for internal and external stakeholders.

Agile Delivery Leadership

• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Foster a culture of iterative development, continuous improvement, and alignment across all delivery teams.
• Ensure sprint goals are met by monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and facilitating quick resolutions.

Team Management & Collaboration

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across web, iOS, Android, and backend technologies to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other supporting teams to remove blockers and streamline execution.
• Promote a collaborative and accountable work environment that supports innovation and high performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing requirements, expectations, communication, and delivery updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and satisfaction at every stage.
• Collaborate with business teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and strategic alignment.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify delivery inefficiencies, process gaps, and team challenges, and implement best practices, frameworks, and optimization strategies.
• Advocate for continuous learning, process enhancements, and improved execution maturity across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of .NET-based web and mobile projects.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and Agile metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
• PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
