Technical Project Manager – (Java/.NET)

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager with a robust background in Java and .NET technologies to drive the successful delivery of innovative software solutions.

You will play a key role in project execution, ensuring timeliness, quality, and alignment with customer expectations while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
• Support new business development initiatives and strategies
• Deliver customer projects successfully, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Manage relationships and expectations with customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment
• Address customer issues in collaboration with the Account Manager, driving effective resolutions
• Ensure that customer responsibilities are executed during engagements
• Identify and manage risks associated with engagements, escalating major issues when needed
• Participate in project management tasks such as time estimation and resource scheduling
• Forecast engagement revenue and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with project needs
• Prepare project-related documentation like engagement timesheets, billing information, and progress reports
• Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate time frames, resource needs, and deliverable criteria
• Establish and monitor deliverability, performance, design, and cost criteria
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend innovative business models or workflows to improve client processes

Requirements

• 12–21 years of overall experience in the software industry
• 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience with a strong track record of end-to-end delivery
• Solid understanding of software development with expertise in Java and .NET
• Strong familiarity with project documentation processes, including HLD and LLD
• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to standards
• Proficiency in Agile methodology with a proven record of successfully executing Agile-based projects
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong organizational, leadership, and planning skills to handle complex engagements
