Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing software projects and a strong technical background in Java and Node.js development. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technical and business teams, manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks, and contribute to architectural and technical decisions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, primarily involving Java and Node.js technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
• Own project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Provide technical guidance and support in architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Track project progress, generate reports, and ensure deliverables are on time and within scope.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies – daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.
• Implement and optimize processes to enhance software delivery and team productivity.
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, or clients as required.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience (past or recent) in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and backend development principles.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and general DevOps processes.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
