Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical delivery for application development projects
Partner closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design to remove blockers and ship software
Maintain clarity on timelines, risks, scope, and release progress—always a step ahead
Collaborate to track and clear inter-team dependencies with speed and diplomacy
Drive sprint planning, retros, and backlog grooming with technical depth
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal leadership
Provide clear, data-backed reports on delivery health, milestones, and risk posture

Must-Have Skills

5–8 years of experience in technical project management or program delivery
Prior hands-on software development or engineering leadership experience
Solid understanding of application architecture and cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proven track record of working across cross-functional tech teams—Dev, QA, DevOps
Expertise in managing sprints, epics, dependencies, and release planning
Excellent communication, collaboration, and escalation management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in regulated domains like healthcare or life sciences (HIPAA/FDA)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support workflows
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, cloud dashboards, reporting tools
Certification in Agile, PMP, or cloud platforms
