Overview

Role Overview

VortexWeb is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead who can drive complex CRM and API integration projects with structure, accountability, and technical fluency. You will act as the central coordinator across internal engineering teams, security/compliance personnel, and client-facing stakeholders — owning timelines, ensuring implementation quality, and guiding delivery through tested SOPs and infrastructure standards.

This role involves managing Bitrix24 CRM deployments, AWS infrastructure, REST API integrations, and middleware setups for platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Ziwo, and others. You’ll be expected to speak the language of developers, make architecture-aware decisions, and ensure reliable rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Oversee the full lifecycle of CRM and API integration projects from planning to go-live.
• Define task workflows, assign sprint items, and track deliverables via Bitrix24 or Jira.
• Coordinate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to align timelines and unblock dependencies.
• Run daily/weekly standups and maintain stakeholder updates across time zones.

Technical Oversight & Workflow Ownership

• Validate Laravel controller logic, CRON jobs, queues, API integrations, and Bitrix24 automation.
• Approve deployments, ensure test coverage, and implement rollback procedures.
• Manage incident resolution for webhook failures, token expirations, or sync gaps between CRM and third-party systems.

Security & Infrastructure Coordination

• Enforce secure credential policies via Bitwarden/1Password and access-controlled vaults.
• Oversee API auth flows (JWT, Bearer, OAuth 2.0) and ensure safe token management.
• Coordinate staging and production rollouts via AWS and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in infrastructure planning — DNS configs, SSL setup, RBAC implementation.

Documentation & SOP Management

• Maintain master SOPs per integration type (listing portals, lead capture, telephony).
• Create and update credential logs, deployment history, API flowcharts, and change approval matrices.
• Ensure traceability for all escalations, onboarding/offboarding flows, and production incidents.

Soft Skills & Collaboration

• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to think analytically and break down complex use cases into implementation flows.
• Ownership mindset with focus on delivery, uptime, and continuous improvement.
• Comfort in high-speed environments with multiple concurrent client projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–8 years in technical delivery or product/engineering leadership roles
• Strong experience with Bitrix24 CRM or other modular CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience working with UAE/MENA clients in real estate, SaaS, or PropTech
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, and secure development lifecycle practices

• SOPs and rollback strategy documented for each deployment
• High internal team and client satisfaction on delivery quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
