We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead our WordPress project delivery with clarity, precision, and confidence.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of WordPress projects across various industries. This role blends technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery of WordPress-based web solutions

Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams

Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with technical clarity

Monitor progress, perform risk assessments, and ensure timely resolution of issues

Conduct regular status meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

Translate client requirements into actionable development tasks

Ensure adherence to development standards, SEO best practices, and performance benchmarks
Must-Have Skills:

6+ years of experience managing WordPress-based projects

Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and custom development

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to write clear project documentation, SOWs, and briefs

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira, Asana, and Slack
Nice to Have:

Technical background in frontend or backend development

Prior experience working with Elementor and ACF
