Job Title
Technical Scrum Master
Job Description
Scrum Master for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework – which includes organising and leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.
- Guide and coach 2-3 Scrum teams in Agile practices and principles
- Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)
- Support Scrum and Kanban practices for teams using this methodology
- Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement
- Assist in backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the teams
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog health and prioritization
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning
- Protect teams from external disruptions and distractions
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Support and educate the organization in its Agile adoption journey.
