• Job Summary:

  We are seeking a skilled Managed Services Provider (MSP) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, system administration, and handling various IT services within an MSP environment.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for client IT environments, including desktops, servers, and networks.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage and maintain cloud services, virtualization, and backup solutions.
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
  • Implement security best practices, including patch management and endpoint protection.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and documenting IT environments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an MSP or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking.
  • Experience with RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and IT compliance standards.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, or Azure Fundamentals.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
