Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Location : Kathwada GIDC , Ahmedabad
As a key member of the technical team, you will work closely with engineers, technicians, and other departments to ensure efficient performance and reliability of mechanical machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for mechanical issues, identifying root causes, and helping to resolve malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-Technical Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Work closely with senior engineers, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve mechanical issues.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in technical support roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, principles, and tools.
- Ability to edit Drawings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise.
