Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Salary: Rs. 6,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Livebox. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to customers using our live streaming and server-based software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, or remote sessions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to Livebox streaming services and server platforms.
- Guide users on software and hardware integration.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the development team when required.
- Ensure prompt and accurate customer service.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluency in Hindi is preferred, with good English communication skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking, software troubleshooting, or server management is an advantage.
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Stipend: ₹6,000/month for the first 6 months. Performance-based revision after 6 months.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on experience and skill set (up to ₹30,000).

- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking
