Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Livebox. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to customers using our live streaming and server-based software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, chat, or remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues related to Livebox streaming services and server platforms.
• Guide users on software and hardware integration.
• Document and escalate complex issues to the development team when required.
• Ensure prompt and accurate customer service.

Requirements:

• Language: Fluency in Hindi is preferred, with good English communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking, software troubleshooting, or server management is an advantage.
• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome.
• Stipend: ₹6,000/month for the first 6 months. Performance-based revision after 6 months.
• Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on experience and skill set (up to ₹30,000).
