Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer systems and a strong interest in solving technical problems. This role involves assisting users with software, hardware, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer or internal queries via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions
• Guide users through problem-solving steps
• Record and track issues in the support system
• Escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Ability to work in shifts, if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

• Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
