Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical content development team in an agile environment to deliver an exceptional learning experience for students.
• Provide expert support and guidance to users of the learning platform.
• Upload, manage, and deploy new content efficiently on the learning platform using content management systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Communicate regularly with the mentor to discuss progress and updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills.
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering is a plus.
• Good command over Microsoft Excel.
• Keen attention to detail, including grammar and proofreading.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
• Familiarity with automation tools and their use in streamlining workflows.
