Overview
We are hiring Service/Technical Support Engineers with hands-on experience in solar inverters, field servicing, and technical troubleshooting. This role demands frequent travel and strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and service for iPLON’s energy solutions
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues remotely and on-site
- Maintain service logs, site reports, and escalations
- Coordinate with R&D and customer support for resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
