Job Overview:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our clients and internal teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of our software products.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues across the full stack (backend and frontend).
• Issue Resolution: Respond to support requests, track issues, and ensure they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to address bugs and suggest improvements for better system stability.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to gather issue details, provide technical guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, log analysis, and proactive issue identification.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

What you'll need to join the team:

• 1-3 years of Strong experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Java-based applications.
• In-depth knowledge of the Spring Boot framework, with experience in backend API development and debugging.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB, including writing queries and database troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with front-end development using React, including debugging and supporting web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of AWS cloud services
• Experience working in a support or troubleshooting role in a SaaS or product-based environment (Good to have)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture (Good to have)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins or Docker (Good to have)

NOTE: Looking candidates for night shift support from 6 PM to 3 AM, (Night Shift Allowance is included).
