We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a solid understanding of Web applications, who can effectively troubleshoot and resolve product issues reported by customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for our manufacturing domain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical support or application maintenance for enterprise-level web applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for our manufacturing domain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients for web and handheld-based applications.
- Handle incident tickets, analyze logs, replicate issues, and offer timely resolutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
- Work closely with development, QA, and deployment teams to ensure bug fixes are
- Support data extraction, debugging, and database-level fixes using SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot web-based front-end issues involving JavaScript, jQuery, and browser compatibility.
- Support WCF service issues, integration errors with SAP, or other third-party systems.
- Participate in product upgrade support, patch deployments, and post-release validations.
- Document support procedures, known issues, and troubleshooting guides.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and internal teams.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical support or application maintenance for enterprise-level web applications.
Strong Hands-on Knowledge Of
- SQL Server : Writing queries, stored procedures, debugging.
- Debugging tools : Fiddler, browser dev tools, Postman, etc.
- Exposure to SAP (integration perspective) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and how IT systems integrate with shop floor operations.
- Exposure to IIS server, deployment scripts, and configuration.
