- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3-5 years at least of experience in Technical Support or Professional Services.
- 2-3 years of experience in DBA/SysAdmin role with large enterprise production projects.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
- Strong skills in Bash and Python scripting (not simply relying on ChatGPT)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (preferred with CKA certification)
- Experience with Docker and container management
- Cloud certification (at least DevOps Engineer level)
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of network protocols and security based practices (SSL, LDAP, AD, SSO)
- Experience with Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk
