About Your Job Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, analyzing and resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The engineer will also assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive experience.

Job Description

• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
• Maintaining, Configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email applications
• Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems
• Designing, configuring and testing networking software, computer software and operating system software.
• Gives support to partners and customers handling Networking projects
• Ticket based field work

Job Specification

• Experience – Freshers - 1 year of Experience
• Experience in Handling Switching, Routing, Firewall, Anti-virus and surveillance.
• Freshers with CCNA, MCSE or other certifications in Cybersecurity products can also apply.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Network security experience
• Dependable and Flexible when necessary
• Two – Wheeler Must
• Educational Qualification - Diploma, Any Degree with specialization in networking and computer science
