Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Hybrid: 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

We need experts in server-side troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Good understanding of Windows networking concepts.
• Knowledge of networking (preferably with exposure to CCNA-level concepts).
• Ability to differentiate between network-related and system-related issues.
• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Virtual Machines (VMs), including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience in providing technical support to American or global customers in an IT support environment.
• Exposure to Windows or Linux system administration (Windows preferred).
• L1 level troubleshooting skills for day-to-day issues related to infrastructure and virtual environments.
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and resolve issues independently.
• Experience in managing a volume ticketing environment
• Basic understanding of MDR (Managed Detection & Response) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong overall IT troubleshooting experience with a focus on proactive problem-solving.
• Incident Management – Ticketing Tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
